Format - The How, When and Where of Coaching Sessions.
The coaching sessions can be held either via Zoom or face-to-face at a mutually convenient place and date/time.
The client-led coaching sessions are centred around you being your own expert and offer you a safe, confidential space to identify, explore and develop your strengths in order to achieve your goals, cultivate positive emotions and ultimately flourish.
I offer weekly, or two weekly, one-to-one coaching sessions which can be booked and paid for in advance on a session by session basis, or as a block of four.
An important part of my work is offered as pro-bono and reduced scaling rates are offered on a case by case basis. I offer coaching in the community to help support people overcome challenges, identify and develop skills to better advocate for themselves and reach their goals.
Making time for wellbeing through social connection and exercise is vital. So, if you are living locally and are interested in enjoying the beautiful surrounding countryside, I also offer a ‘walk and talk’ life coaching session’. Please contact me for more information.
