My Story

I have been life coaching for over 4 years and am accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Practitioner level.

I currently live in Dorset in the U.K. and offer life coaching via Zoom or face-to-face. My clients hail from around the world including Sweden, U.S.A., Cyprus, Ireland, the U.A.E and the U.K.

I work with people experiencing major or minor life transitions, whether that’s in the home and family arrangements, with their health, relationships, working lives or as they transition into retirement after years in the same job and with longer-term retirees.

I also have over twenty-eight years working in the fields of Human Resources, Customer Relations, Education and Business/Finance Management. My life experiences as a juggling, working parent in the UK and abroad provide me with a broad range of skills and qualities to support my clients throughout the coaching process.

A love of learning and continued professional development ensure I remain committed to positively promoting creativity and maintaining standards in my personal and professional life and as part of the community I work.

My Mission

My mission is to support my clients in coping with life’s challenges and transitions, and to feel less anxious about the change that is happening in their lives. I support my clients to learn to trust their own judgements, have more self-belief, and ultimately find their own way forward, to enhance their wellbeing and live a fulfilling and meaningful life

What motivates me to be your Life Coach.

I am passionate about helping people identify and work with their strengths and support them to make meaningful choices to initiate change in their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than guiding a person to unravel their thoughts and help them to develop their own unique framework for a new way of living.

My coaching philosophy

My integrative coaching approach and philosophy is person-centred, rooted in positive psychology and draws on a number of psychological theories and frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).

My Values

I hold a genuine appreciation, care and understanding for all my clients based on the values of authenticity and trust.  My respect for diversity of gender, race, age, nationality, sexual orientation, physical ability, thinking style and background is the foundation for my coaching relationships.

PERMA model of wellbeing

Underlying my coaching sessions are the five key pillars for flourishing and thriving personally and professionally. I support individuals to understand better what happiness means for them and recognise how they can make positive changes in their lives.

  • Positive emotions

  • Engagement

  • Relationships

  • Meaning

  • Accomplishment
